the Bear SG yeah.. and it's kinda gloomy in singapore here now i'm wondering what the lot of us would be doing from 3:30pm to dinnertime tomorrow in JB
the Bear SG missed last week's lesson due to work anyway, it does help.. my whole body's feeling messed up now.. very tight.. i should have done the exercises at home but so physically tired each day i go home.. i'm not even cycling anymore
jetta SG At least you're doing Pilates. Many don't even exercise. Kudos to you. I felt sooo guilty about stopping I just started back up two days ago.
